Just about all the properties are owned by corporations who do everything they can to minimize expense and max revenue and profit. Individual entrepreneurs’ such as Steve Wynn, William Bennet, Kirk Kerkorian, and Sheldon Adleson were innovative and built original properties that had to compete for business. With a few companies owning the business operations of the casinos and Vici owning all the real estate the days of coemption, differentiation, and entrepreneurship are gone and no longer required when you can just milk the customers.

Look at Resorts World. Seems like another version of Aria. I am willing Fountain Bleu will be similar to Resorts World and Aria as well. Every property has been dethemed. Look at NY NY. They took the boats and harbor out front to save a few buck on water and maintenance. Same thing with the beautiful fountains that use to front Paris. They are now planters.

Why would they spend money on development on a unique bar. They can simply put up pictures of a a celebrity/entertainer and charge $35 for a cocktail that costs then less than $2-3 to put together. Guess customers should be happy that drinks at the new Caesar’s center bar are only $30.
