In reply to Desiree. Yeah, that was senseless and cruel. There's been no announcement of who's buying Flamingo, but it seems likely they'd keep the brand, and flamingos are a fit. The move away from free attractions could mean a change at Flamingo, but no information yet.

I just read this article. I always wondered what happened to the guinea fowl. I had seen it on my visits and took a liking to it because as a child we had guinea fowl. I’m literally crying right now because I can’t believe someone could be so cruel. That angers me so much. But the reason I came looking for any information on the habitat is because I heard the sale of the flamingo is inevitable. I am curious what will happen to the birds. I’m sure no information as of now is given, I’m so concerned having enjoyed these birds for over a decade now and feel like I know them.

I like the wildlife area of the Flamingo. Will be staying for a night on May 29th. Understand if they are not there for the birds safety but a bit sad if I will not get to see them. My big hope is the cheap assess at Caesars don’t get ideas like – hey they were gone for a month and we saved $2,000. Maybe we shouldn’t bring them back and I can give that $2,000 to my kid for allowance.
