Chronic Tacos, Coffee Bean, Earl of Sandwich (half the reason I go to the Palms because we don’t have any of these in Henderson!) so glad the ‘hairy’ Palms is reopening soon …. I can’t wait to see The Pearl with live concerts again! Thanks for the great write-up!

Have you heard anything about what happened to the Demon With Bowl statue at Palms? The 60-ft tall statue just vanished in July 2020. Hirst’s other piece, the 3 part shark, is still there. Did the Fertitta boys spirit the demon away in the black of night, or did Red Rock move it to another location without anyone noticing? Curious.

In reply to Steven Calarco. I am a regular at Yaamava Resort and Casino in Highland,CA and I would like to say their comp system and promotions are one of the best. Their steakhouse is really good, their serrano vista cafe on the 2nd floor is delicious, their food court is good, and their other restaurant's are great too. The buffet is also good too. I get weekly free buffets from them. They are very busy every day of the week due to their promotions for free play or cash, slot pulls based on offer invitations, giveaways, slot tournaments, and gifts. They do a good job in rewarding their higher players better quality gifts than the lower level players, so you want to get some good play in because it will be worth it. I assume the Palms will have the same format, I hope, for the promotions and invitations. They also have gift card or free play option days like what Golden Nugget in Las Vegas has, but at Yaamava its every sunday. You want to play at Palms and get on their happy list when it comes to offers for sure.

Very excited about the buffet and the movie theater reopening. Hopefully the price of the buffet will be more reasonable than it was before. And Hopefully the movie theater will be bringing back $5 Mondays. Very surprised that Mabels BBQ is reopening. The food and menu were both terrible there.

The Palms should get in touch with Martorano’s now closed at the Paris Resort. His food is excellent. Was first at the RIO then moved to the Paris. El Dorado Owner has Martha Stewart opening at the old Martorano’s.
