Just bc dirk had signs of covid 19 in his tissues, doesnt mean that is what he actually died from. I think Owenhouse murdered him! Maybe he was poisoned with something a forensics lab would have to specifically test for to show up. It happens a lot on the tv series “Forensic Files.”

Dirk and I worked together back in the early ’80s. I was his assistant and also helped him in taking care of the animals.
I remember, from our time together. Dirk loved the animals he worked with. He cherished them and took excellent care of them. In my opinion, the animals loved to perform. There was a routine and the animals seemed to be very happy with it. I’ll never forget those days and I still cherish the memories. Dirk was persistent and his dreams did come true for awhile, but at other times life was hard in the business was cruel. I sincerely hope there is nothing fishy about his passing, yet having lived and worked in Vegas for decades, nothing would surprise me. Rest in peace Dirk.

I had some typos!!! You’ve obviously never read a “Grant Deed” before 😉 Only the “grantor” (seller) signs it and it does not list any transaction info other than what is being “granted” and to whom (the person or entity) it is being “granted” (sold, traded, gifted, etc) to, and then has a grating date which is the date under the signature (if there is one), or in this case the date that the Notary witnessed the signature… Thus it was done (granted) on 10/3/2023 and recorded on 10/12/2023 (it can sit in a pile at the county registrar for a while before being entered/recorded)… The 2021 date you thought was a sales date is actually the date that the Danes Family Living Trust was created/established. All trusts have a creation date and that date is used in congbucthion with the trust name on big transactions/important docs like this. As they used to say on NBC in the 90’s, “the more you know”!!

Very interesting, indeed. Thanks for doing the deep dive into this situation which could otherwise have been dismissed without further investigation. Let’s hope to see more of a followup. As to the sanctuary that acquired the majority of the cats, it was surprising to some of us that it was not even a facility that is GFAS (Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries) approved, despite that concerned citizens had urged officials to locate an accredited sanctuary.
