That’s not a thing.

I’ve played on STW many times, and was always perplexed by how a machine that was very obviously manipulating the dice rolls, could be legal in Nevada. The only plausible answer seems to be, that an RNG, is determining what the roll will be,, and the machine manipulates the dice, to match that result. I believe this would set-up, would be consistent with Nevada gaming law. It would also satisfy California law, where dice cannot, by themselves, decide the outcome of a game. This would also be consistent with players reports of the dice making very obvious, and seemingly impossible moves, to achieve a certain outcome, leading to numerous reports of “game-fixing”.
