In reply to Lerner8771500. So every time a new casino/resort opens in Vegas which isn't often Wynn is going to bring a lawsuit or threaten to . I know they took issue with Resorts Worlds windows.Not saying the lawsuits are not valid but the window thing was ridiculous.

All these childish power plays over nothing more than a financial boat anchor, that’s the comical part. Lawyers frothing at the mouth to get a taste of this long, drawn out, senseless court action. but hey, that’s ambulance chasers do. What will Wynn or FB get out this?…..Nothing! however, the legal teams will rake/bill the clients without remorse. Buzzards (lawyers) fighting over a dead animal(FB).

I’m not a lawyer but a couple observations.
These people are scum! Who in in the world would trust these execs for any reason?

Not abiding with the agreement is a civil offense, violating a restraining order is a criminal offense. Can a gaming license stay in the hands of Fountain Blow when half their execs are known to have violated the judge’s order (broke the law)?
This could be really ugly.

It’s always weird to hear about this kind of “Poaching�?lawsuit. Considering we exist in an “At Will Employment�?State. Which we hear about ad nausem when it advantages the Multi-Nationals. In that same vein it would be interesting to see how many “Wynn Employees�?were “recruited�?from neighboring properties in Las Vegas? Eyes don't wander if they are completely happy with their current circumstances. Wynn just looks desperate and shook at this point that a competitor has chosen to assault the Rich Kid on the block. Grow up.

Awww.. I like the FB. Wynn is sour grapes and is uber threaten by the new pretty lady on the block.. note all the ooohhs and awwws FB gets. So what if it has “no soul” as some say..I don’t care. Also, Wynn, has succumbed to the Bed Bug infestation as well, its way too crowded and getting a little worn down because of the extream traffic she gets. The old gal Wynn needs a refurb. and a facelift. I think its hilarious that senior staff jumped ship at the Wynn for FB. But you know, we are a (work at will) state. If they don’t treat you good, you get up off your old buttocks and move elsewhere. Its the American way 🙂

I hope FB it can succeed inspite of itself. The Koch Bros. real estate arm (the other investor) will want a ROI proto and I think selling it will get it for them. I will roll with you on your prediction that it will be sold next year, i just hope its not to Caesers or MGM.
Please God, not them. You know how they treat their properties.

I don’t believe poaching the entire crew of Star Trek would help FB. We’re talking about a crew that time after time managed to save the ship from impossible death defying situations while only losing an occasional red shirt, but in this case, the Capt of FB plotted disastrous course of of over the top opulence and ship design even before leaving port. They wanted to outclass Wynn in every category hoping they could swoon all the whales into their waters. when that didn’t work, the conclusion was get the executives who could get whales. Hmm, wonder who that may be?. something about coveting thy neighbors wife. FB is doomed no matter who takes the helm as long as they keep chasing whales only. And they will!
